Paradise Villa Lonavala has its own private pool and consists of 4 air conditioned bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The Entire villa is Air conditioned. A large private plunge pool which is covered is attached to living area. The house can accommodate upto 12 guests. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary electronic appliances like microwave, refrigerators, water purifier, gas stove, toaster and crockery and cutlery etc which is well maintained. The 4 bathrooms have a provision for hot/cold water. The Villa is designed in a manner to give the guests the most comfortable stay.

On a recent vacay, I went to the Lonavala Villa, and it was fantastic. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and the villa was very well kept. The amenities were top-notch, and the accommodations were large and comfy. The pool was excellent, and the scenery was stunning. This villa is fantastic for a staycation, in my opinion.

House Manual:
- We provide Fresh towels, Linen & Quilts.
- Please carry your Toiletries along.
- Caretaker does not stay at the property. Stays half a km away and is available over a phone call for any service.
- Please call the caretaker for any assistance/ guidance that you may require regarding operating any equipment /device.
- Though there are all utensils in the house, we would encourage you to carry disposable plates/glasses / spoons.
- Cooking Gas, Microwave Oven is available for cooking basic stuff like Tea, coffee, Kids meals etc.
- Two Refrigerators are available to store any food items / drinks.
- Kent R.O Water purifier is available for drinking water.
- All rooms are Air-conditioned including Living, Dining & Kitchen .Remotes can be found on side tables /center table.
- T.V available in the Living room.
- Bluetooth Music system is available.Please press the Bluetooth Button of system for 5 seconds to start pairing.
- Food can be ordered through Swiggy.
- Alternatively, you can order food from any other restaurant of your choice (Menu can be found on Zomato) through the Caretaker at actuals.
- Kindly establish the extras Charges with the Caretaker beforehand for any additional services, you may require.
- Mandatory for Adults to accompany kids in the swimming pool.
- Please take care of your belongings and Valuables and check everything before leaving the property.
- Property Management or Owners will not be responsible for any loss of belongings.
Check-in Instructions:
- Ritesh +91 97632 12828 is our Caretaker who will greet you at the Property and assist you during the stay.
- There will be a Security Deposit of 5000 INR at the time of check-in which needs to be paid to Caretaker.
- It will be refunded at the time of checkout after checking the property by Caretaker of any Damages or loss.

In order to ensure a pleasant experience for Both of us, we need your support in adhering to the below rules and regulations please:
RULE 1: As required by law, every guest above 18 must carry a copy of their Photo ID and should present it to the caretaker before checkin.
RULE 2: No illegal activity is permitted in the House.
RULE 3: Please ensure that the Neighbourhood is not disturbed.
RULE 4: We do not encourage you to engage with any arguments with neighbours.
RULE 5: In case there is any concern, Please contact the caretaker or you may even call us.
RULE 6: One Can Smoke on the Terrace area, Balconies or Outside Walkway / backyard area only.
RULE 7: Indoor smoking is forbidden; Fine: 5000 INR.
RULE 8: Alcohol is allowed subject to legal Age limits as per Indian laws.
RULE 9: Very Loud Music at Night is not encouraged.
RULE 10: Late Night Revellery is strictly not allowed.
RULE 11: Please Wear Proper Nylon /water proof costume to use the Pool.
RULE 12: Please leave all the waste in the Waste-bin kept outside at the entrance.
RULE 13: Extra Cleaning charges will be charged if the waste disposable materials (Paper plates, Bottles, Etc) are found in the house while check out.
RULE 14: Please treat all the Items in the property with care. Any Damages to the property will be added to your bill and you will be required to pay them before checking out.
RULE 15: Refundable deposit shall be collected from all Guests who do not book through online Portals .The deposit shall be refunded while checking out.
RULE 16: Management Reserves the right of Admission.
