Once a reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Guests are required to notify us of any cancellations at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Failure to provide the required 15-day notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire booking amount.

3. Postponement Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating a change in travel plans.
Guests have the option to postpone their trip to a later date, subject to availability and approval by Paradise Villa.
Postponements must be requested at least 15 days prior to the original check-in date.
No refunds will be provided for postponed trips. The booking amount will be applied as credit towards the rescheduled reservation.
